Customer Reviews

I’m an early riser, and one recent morning at 5 a.m., I discovered that my well water had stopped working. The local company I’d used in the past was no longer in business. After searching online for a new service, I found Southern California Well Service—which, as it turns out, had actually acquired the old company.
I noted their phone number and email address, and since it was too early to call, I sent an email, planning to follow up after 8 a.m. To my surprise, I received a call from Southern California Well Service at 5:30 a.m.! We quickly scheduled an appointment.
Brian, the technician, kept me updated on his arrival time as he was delayed by issues at a prior job. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem: a faulty capacitor. He had the replacement part on his truck, and within 20 minutes, the repair was complete. Power was restored, the pump was running properly, and water pressure returned to normal.
Southern California Well Service—and Brian in particular—exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them!

They where able to fit us in on a same day appointment. Came in and got our well back up and running in not time. Ery professional service

Southern Cal Well Service was great. Very responsive and quickly solved the problem. Staff who know their way around a well. I highly recommend.

We had an water emergency over the weekend. They came on Sunday! Found a way for the well to work well enough for us to have water and then came back Monday to complete the job. We so appreciate the consideration they gave us. On a weekend! We would highly recommend them! Thanks to Travis and his team.

Service was the same day of my call, The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had me up and running that day, One part was needed to permanently fix the issue.
That part was received and installed the same week.
GREAT SERVICE

Service was fast and friendly. They were actually able to come out the same day to inspect my well and the prices are fair. Highly recommended.

I am completely satisfied with the work they did they were professional quick and inexpensive came out right away when I needed them to. thank you so much

No sooner were able to get in touch than in a short space of time you were up here and the well, that had stopped producing water into my home was up and running again. When you live in the back country you totally rely on water that comes up from the ground into a big tank then piped into your home to work.
The young man who came up was extremely helpful in explaining and showing me the whats and how and within the hour or so water was in the house once more. He had the part that was needed as well. Great service and pleasant people to deal with both by phone and in person. Thank you.

They are Life savers, super knowledgeable, and professional and they get the job done!!!! I recommend them to everyone. We woke up to problem at the well and no running water. I reached out to them before sunrise hoping they would get a message first thing. Then Wow, they reached out right away! We Got scheduled and a couple hours later they had identified the problem and were making repairs. I am so grateful to them for taking great care of me and my family. We appreciate them so much! If you have a well issue, you can definitely count on them.
