These terms cover use of scwellservice.com and optional text messages from Southern California Well Service (“SCWS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or requesting service, you agree to these terms. For how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

About the Company

Southern California Well Service is a licensed well-service company (CSLB #1086994) founded in 2020 by Brighton Scala and Travis Sego. We carry 60+ years of family heritage in well work through shops we acquired, including Heritage Well Service and Ransom Pump. We operate two shops:

• Ramona: 1077 Main St, Unit B, Ramona, CA 92065
• Anza: 57174 CA-371, Anza, CA 92539

Website Use

The website is for information about our well drilling, pump repair, water treatment, and related services in San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Estimates on the site are based on typical conditions and may change after we see the job. Content is provided as-is. Do not use the site for anything unlawful or that interferes with other visitors.

Service-Related Text Messages

If you check the SMS box on an estimate or contact form, you opt in to receive service-related texts only from Southern California Well Service at the mobile number you provided. Those texts are limited to:

• Appointment reminders
• Job follow-ups
• Review requests after a job

We do not use this opt-in to send promotional blasts, contests, or unrelated marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not required to get service. You can request a callback, an estimate, or work without checking the box. Leaving it unchecked does not affect whether we will come out or do the job.

Estimates and Work

Service estimates are based on what we know at the time and may be adjusted based on actual site conditions. Workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer. Well drilling results depend on geological conditions; water availability is not guaranteed.

Payment

Payment is due when the work is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, and ACH. A deposit may be required on larger jobs.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.
