Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Southern California Well Service ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Services
We provide water well drilling, well pump repair, water treatment, and related services throughout San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Service estimates are provided based on site conditions and may be adjusted based on actual work required.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, credit card, and ACH payments. A deposit may be required for large projects.
Warranties
Workmanship is warranted for one year from date of service. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the customer. Well drilling results depend on geological conditions and water availability is not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.
