I’m an early riser, and one recent morning at 5 a.m., I discovered that my well water had stopped working. The local company I’d used in the past was no longer in business. After searching online for a new service, I found Southern California Well Service—which, as it turns out, had actually acquired the old company. I noted their phone number and email address, and since it was too early to call, I sent an email, planning to follow up after 8 a.m. To my surprise, I received a call from Southern California Well Service at 5:30 a.m.! We quickly scheduled an appointment. Brian, the technician, kept me updated on his arrival time as he was delayed by issues at a prior job. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem: a faulty capacitor. He had the replacement part on his truck, and within 20 minutes, the repair was complete. Power was restored, the pump was running properly, and water pressure returned to normal. Southern California Well Service—and Brian in particular—exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend them!

Service was the same day of my call, The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had me up and running that day, One part was needed to permanently fix the issue. That part was received and installed the same week. GREAT SERVICE

I called with a problem and even though these folks are new to our town they came over that same morning and resolved the issue. I was a little concerned that since they had just bought out ransom pump that they would not honor the work and warrantees from ransom pump but that is not the case. So I highly recommend if you’re a long time ransom pump customer try these folks out. I think you will find them as responsive and helpful as their predecessor.

We got a fault on our booster pump system leaving us without water essentially. We are retired and cost matters to us. We were having trouble finding a local business to work with on this repair but we found Southern California Well Services and I am so glad we did. They keep you informed (without overkill). They were absolutely fantastic to work with. They were efficient, expedient, and very professional! Pricing was very fair. In less than 24 hrs of first contact, we had water again. I am sure some issues may cause a longer turn around time but I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Brighton's team at SoCal Well is awesome. They've come out same day on almost every occasion we've had an issue, calling back first thing in the morning to let us know we're on the schedule. They replaced pretty much every component of our 30 year old well system over the past 4 years from the pump to the tank. Highly recommend.

No sooner were able to get in touch than in a short space of time you were up here and the well, that had stopped producing water into my home was up and running again. When you live in the back country you totally rely on water that comes up from the ground into a big tank then piped into your home to work.
The young man who came up was extremely helpful in explaining and showing me the whats and how and within the hour or so water was in the house once more. He had the part that was needed as well. Great service and pleasant people to deal with both by phone and in person. Thank you.

They are Life savers, super knowledgeable, and professional and they get the job done!!!! I recommend them to everyone. We woke up to problem at the well and no running water. I reached out to them before sunrise hoping they would get a message first thing. Then Wow, they reached out right away! We Got scheduled and a couple hours later they had identified the problem and were making repairs. I am so grateful to them for taking great care of me and my family. We appreciate them so much!
