Pressure-loss diagnostic
📍 Warner Springs
Diagnosed slow pressure drop on a system with seized 2-inch gate valves that could not be isolated. The well itself was building pressure.
Real completed jobs from our crew across San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. These July and August 2026 jobs include pump replacements, diagnostics, pressure-tank work, and control-panel repairs.
📍 Warner Springs
Diagnosed slow pressure drop on a system with seized 2-inch gate valves that could not be isolated. The well itself was building pressure.
📍 Poway
Installed a new 1-inch spin-down filter with a brass valve and schedule-80 PVC so sediment can be flushed at the well.
📍 Poway
Evaluated the well, booster, and aging storage tank. Documented pressure-tank and storage options for the house and uphill irrigation.
📍 Ocotillo
Stopped a leak at the wellhead with new 1-1/4 inch galvanized nipples, couplings, and a PVC coupler.
📍 Descanso
Traced fill and booster lines between two storage tanks to isolate a PVC leak and map which valves feed suction versus fill.
📍 Menifee
Replaced a cracked top float. The well turned on and off correctly when the new float was tested.
📍 Valley Center
Replaced start and run capacitors after overcurrent faults, added air to the tank, and installed a new 0–100 psi gauge. Startup amps dropped back into range.
📍 Rancho Cucamonga
Diagnosed a new variable-frequency drive that showed a phase-loss fault. Motor leads megged clean; the drive runs in hand after parameter setup.
📍 Winchester
Installed a new 1 HP, 25 GPM booster and ran it through multiple cycles. Amps were good and the houses had water.
📍 Winchester
Inspected a locked-up booster so the owner could move ahead with a replacement.
📍 Fallbrook
Found a broken float ball on a small fire-sprinkler tank that was overflowing. The shared well and pressure system were running normally.
