Two-well system evaluation
📍 Ramona
Evaluated a two-well property — checked amp draw, control boxes, and tank floats so the owner knows which well needs work next.
Real completed jobs from our crew across San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties. These July and August 2026 jobs include pump replacements, diagnostics, pressure-tank work, and control-panel repairs.
📍 Ramona
Evaluated a two-well property — checked amp draw, control boxes, and tank floats so the owner knows which well needs work next.
📍 Anza
Pulled the pump and inspected drop pipe and wire. The well seal and many pipes were still good; pump, motor, and damaged cable need replacement.
📍 Rancho Santa Fe
Pulled a 3 HP pump and motor from well two. Wire was blown and two drop pipes had holes; listed the seal, pipe, and cable for the rebuild.
📍 Running Springs
Staged pump-up and pump-down floats plus a new contactor and junction work so the storage tank can control the well automatically.
📍 Alpine
Replaced a burned 240-volt well relay and simplified the float wiring so the well and booster each have their own control. System was back in service.
📍 Lake Elsinore
On-site service for a 3 HP, 18 GPM deep-set well with 1.25-inch pipe at about 281 feet.
📍 Ramona (Highland Valley area)
Replaced the 5 HP 230V three-phase motor on a vertical multistage booster (motor only). System tested good.
📍 Ramona
Replaced a failed pressure switch after debris fouled the contacts. Recommended a new 86-gallon pressure tank as a longer-term fix.
📍 Valley Center
Checked incoming voltage and motor leads after a phase-loss fault on an 11-year-old system. Electrical readings looked solid, pointing to an intermittent issue.
📍 Temecula
Diagnosed a 2 HP well that tripped on overload after a few minutes of run time. Amp draw climbed hard, so the pump needs to be pulled and evaluated.
📍 Ramona (Cathedral Way area)
Diagnosed a seized pump and motor with a bent shaft and badly degraded wire on a 250-ft setting. Installed new pump, motor and drop wire; amp draw verified at 16.3 A.
📍 Winchester
On-site well service in Winchester — inspected the wellhead, pressure tank, and controls and ran electrical diagnostics.
📍 Ranchita
Responded to a no-water call and checked the pressure switch for ants and debris. Recommended an 86-gallon pressure tank and a new 40/60 switch.
📍 Santee
Installed a new 3 HP deluxe control box after the old one had power but would not send it to the motor. The system was back online before we left.
📍 Jamul
Replaced the pump, motor, drop pipe, and control box at an 80-foot setting. Cycled the system three times — pressure and amps were in range.
📍 Winchester
Found no power at the control box and high amp draw on the well circuit. Documented drop-pipe and breaker work needed before the pump can be pulled.
📍 Ramona
Diagnosed a pump that slowly climbs in amps. Confirmed a pull-and-evaluate is the next step and listed the equipment already in the well.
📍 Jamul
Diagnosed high-amp overload trips on a 1.5 HP well that feeds storage. The submersible cable needs a ground and the pump should be pulled.
📍 Jamul
Ran timed bucket tests on a 1.5 HP well set at 481 feet. Recalibrated the pump saver so the well has enough recovery time between cycles.
📍 Ramona
Evaluated a noisy 5 HP three-phase vertical booster. It still built pressure; documented tank and drive options for a quieter long-term fix.
📍 Santa Ysabel
Bailed gravel and drill mud and brushed the 4-1/2 inch liner. Replaced the above-ground check valve and pumped the well back into service.
📍 Temecula
On-site inspection of a shallow wellhead, casing, and electrical connections so the owner has a clear picture of the setup.
📍 Jamul
Found high amp draw and a near-short on the submersible cable. Recommended a pull-and-replace with new wire and a pump saver.
📍 Murrieta
Reviewed a two-tank setup after larger tanks were swapped in for a working unit. Checked how the new tanks were affecting system cycle.
